• Supply labour & materials to lay layers of corrugated board to the stipulated area for general protection before work commencement. 

• Supply labour & materials for general washing and housekeeping to the whole unit to practical handover condition with chemical wash complete with debris removal and MOE dumping fee.

B. Hacking Works 

• Supply labour & tools to dismantle existing kitchen cabinet. 

• Supply labour & tools to hack existing concrete sink & stove support at the kitchen. 

• Supply labour & tools to hack existing cabinet, fridge & washer bases at the kitchen. 

• Supply labour & tools to hack existing wall & floor tiles at the kitchen.

C. Masonry Works 

• Supply labour to lay wall tiles at the kitchen. 

• Supply labour to lay homogeneous floor tiles at the kitchen. 

• Supply labour to construct 50mm ht. cabinet base c/w homogeneous tiles skirting finishing. 

• Supply labour to construct 50mm ht. fridge base c/w homogeneous tiles finishing. 

• Supply labour to construct 50mm ht. washer base c/w homogeneous tiles finishing. 

• Supply labour & materials to apply quick seal 104 waterproofing membrane complete with HDB approved 3 in 1 screed & sika W1 solution to kitchen floor area.

D. Electrical Works 

• Supply labour to re-install existing ceiling light sets. 

• Supply labour to re-install existing switches. 

• Supply labour to re-install existing power sockets.

E. Plumbing Works 

• Supply labour & materials to run new stainless steel cold piping to the kitchen. 

• Supply labour to install kitchen sink & tap. 

• Supply & install washing machine point. 

• Supply & install water in/outlet pipe.

F. Painting Works 

• Supply labour & materials to paint the kitchen ceiling with 1 coat sealer. 

• Supply labour & materials to paint kitchen ceiling in white using Nippon paint finishing. 

• Supply labour & materials to paint kitchen sewage pipes.

G. Carpentry Works 

• Design and fabricate (L) 20ft top and bottom kitchen cabinet in selected laminate complete with solid plywood carcass in ABS trimming soft closing door finishing & consist the following:

  • One set of stainless steel disk rack.

  • One frosted glass door panel with hydraulic system bracket.

  • One column of four drawers with one set cutlery tray.

  • Supply labour to install cooker hood & hob. 

• Design and fabricate (L) 10ft solid surface worktop at new kitchen cabinet complete with the backsplash in selected colour and profile.
