• Supply labour to lay homogeneous floor tiles at kitchen.

• Supply labour to lay wall tiles up to ceiling level at kitchen.

• Supply labour to construct 50mm ht cabinet base c/w homogeneous floor tiles skirting at kitchen.

• Supply labour to construct 50mm ht fridge base c/w homogeneous floor tiles at kitchen.

• Supply labour to construct 50mm ht washing machine base c/w homogeneous floor tiles at kitchen.

• Supply labour to lay homogeneous floor tiles at bathrooms.

• Supply labour to lay wall tiles up to ceiling level at bathrooms.

• Supply labour & material to lay water proofing membrane complete with HDB approved 3 in 1 screed and sika W1 solution to kitchen & bathrooms floor area.

• Supply labour to lay homogeneous floor tiles at living, dining, storeroom & bedrooms area.

C. Plumbing Works

• Supply labour & materials to run new stainless steel cold piping to kitchen & bathrooms.

• Supply & install new hand shower set with bar mixer at bathrooms.

• Supply & install instant water heater at bathrooms.

• Supply & install bathroom accessories.

• Supply & install wash basin with tap & outlet PVC pipe at bathrooms.

• Supply & install WC at bathrooms.

• Supply & install hand spray tap at bathrooms.

• Supply & install kitchen sink with tap & outlet PVC pipe at bathrooms.

D. Carpentry Works

• Design and fabricate (L) 20ft top and bottom kitchen cabinet in selected laminate complete with solid plywood carcass in ABS trimming soft closing door finishing & consist the following:

  • One set of stainless steel disk rack.

  • One frosted glass door panel with hydraulic system bracket.

  • One column of four drawers with one set cutlery tray.

  • Supply & install cooker hood & hob.

• Design and fabricate (L) 10ft solid surface work top at new kitchen cabinet complete with back splash in selected colour and profile.

• Design and fabricate (L) 5ft feature wall at living room come with suspended TV console in selected laminate complete with solid plywood carcass in ABS trimming soft closing door finishing.

• Design and fabricate (L) 5ft full height sliding door wardrobe at main bedroom in selected laminate complete with solid plywood carcass finishing.

E. Miscellaneous Works

• Supply labour & material to install new aluminium bi-fold door at bathrooms entrance. (Dimension: within L3ft x H7ft)

• Supply labour to re-install existing wiring at kitchen & bathrooms.

• Supply labour & material to paint whole unit including door frame & piping using Nippon paint finishing.

• Supply labour & materials for general washing & cleaning upon completion in practical handover condition complete with debris removal.
